After our joint event with the Camera di Commercio Italiana in Bulgaria last month regarding “VAT Refunds and Implementation of Minimum Corporate Tax” we are very pleased that the Dutch Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce could arrange for a second joint seminar with them. The seminar took place on Monday the 25th of March 2024 at 15:00hrs at the UniCredit Bulbank Hall in Sofia.
This time the seminar focussed on “Personal Liability of Directors and Shareholders for the Public Obligations of the Company”. With the GA of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria following the presentation, led by Valentin Savov from Savov & Partners law firm, the presentation was well attended and the Q&A session extensive.
We are looking forward to making this a regular series of joint seminars with our colleagues!
